On submitting the form below, or placing an order via any other means of communication with TechFund Distributors, I agree and accept all the terms, conditions and disclaimer applicable to this website and confirm that I have read all of these on this website.
I accept that the transfer of ownership of goods ordered from TechFund Distributors, to myself, automatically takes place the moment my payment for ordered goods is made to TechFund Distributors' bank account. I also accept that my order will be regarded as cancelled in case my payment is not made within 30 days from date of the invoice for this order.
I accept full responsibility for goods ordered while in transit, from the moment that a post office tracking number or waybill number was issued by the transporting agent, selected on the order form, or nominated in any other form of communication with TechFund Distributors, by myself.
TechFund Distributors hereby undertake to make known the tracking/waybill number to the customer via e-mail, SMS or fax as soon as possible after the goods were mailed/accepted by your nominated transporting agent.
In the case of sound suppressors ordered via TechFund Distributors, we will do our best to keep you informed of the progress with your order. However, the manufacturer of the sound suppressors will be ultimately responsible for the delivery of your goods ordered.
